Borrowdale has the highest rainfall in England, I'm told, and sometimes it certainly feels that way! The pictures here cover a huge area – Skiddaw to Honister, Coledale to Scafell Pike – with few of them actually being in Borrowdale. But for all of these walks I tend to be based at one end of Derwentwater or the other, so it seems a reasonable grouping. Plenty of people climb Scafell Pike from Wasdale, of course.
