All photographs, text, graphics and other content of this website, as well as its overall design and code, are copyright © John Sandell, except for any material provided by third parties in which case the originator retains the copyright and the item is credited. All rights reserved.

If you wish to use an image, please contact me. I am usually happy to make photos available free of charge for non-commercial purposes, provided you ask beforehand and the photo is credited, and linked to this site if used on the web. For worthy causes (my decision!) I may even offer a higher quality image from the original file. Repeated stealing and leeching of my images has forced me to add a somewhat unattractive watermark to new pictures; just ask nicely and I'll remove it!

Some photos are available for commercial use at sensible fees. Again, please ask. Many are already shown in my royalty-free image library at www.edgypix.co.uk – the credit card facility is no longer available there and I'd ask you to mail me if you want to buy.

Under all circumstances, copyright remains with the original photographer or author. Remember that copyright is protected under international law.
