All photographs, text, graphics and other content of this website, plus its overall design and code, are copyright © John Sandell 1960-2005, except for any material provided by third parties in which case the originator retains copyright and the item is credited. All rights reserved.

If you wish to use an image, please contact me. I am normally happy to make photos available free of charge for non-commercial purposes, provided you ask beforehand and the photo is credited, and linked to this site if used on the web. For worthy causes (my decision!) I may even offer a higher quality image from the original file. Repeated stealing and leeching of my images has forced me to add a somewhat unattractive watermark to new pictures; just ask nicely and I'll remove it!

Photos are also available for commercial use at modest fees. Again, please ask. Many are already in my royalty-free image library at www.edgypix.com, where a secure credit card facility allows purchase of various resolutions (up to A3+ in some cases) and almost immediate download.

Under all circumstances, copyright remains with the original photographer or author. Remember that copyright is protected under international law.
