Photography had had to take a back seat in the 1980s, but by the end of the decade I was able to devote more time to it. But there had been some changes since the seventies: for one thing I no longer had the opportunity to process black & white. And, by that time, my photography was increasingly related to my growing interests of Hillwalking and Trekking; there are pictures in those areas of this site, but where I think an image works as a 'photographer's photo' it's included here as well / more...

I was shooting mostly slide film (for 'serious' pictures), plus colour neg in the Minox. Going through these images now as I rework the design of the site (regular visitors might have noticed!), I realise that there are not many 90s photos, so I must dig in to the archives and find some more...
