Welcome to this exhibition of creative photography from 30 years ago to the present, plus trekking and hillwalking photos of the wild landscape of Iceland, the Pindos Mountains of north-western Greece, of the High Atlas mountains in Morocco, and the peaks and fells of the English Lake District.
I use the word 'creative' – for want of anything better – to mean photos for their own sakes, pictures which might have some meaning (at least for me) or might end up on a photographic exhibition wall or on show at a camera club. The walking and hiking pictures are records of particular treks and walks or – in the case of the Lake District – images of favourite walking areas gathered over many years.
Photography started as a hobby, then became a serious hobby, and finally became part of my professional life in one way or another. Many pictures on the site are available hi-resolution for editorial or commercial use; some can be purchased on-line from the Edgypix image library at www.edgypix.com. |

I try to update the Image of the Month on time each month (but often fail to!). The main sections of the site are:
